8FT SPORTS ONLY Vendor Table for September 12TH-13TH

Please carefully read the following:

All vendors that book one or more tables automatically agree to the Vendor Policy.

The Toledo Card Show is built for the hobby community — featuring sports cards, Pokémon, trading cards, autographs, memorabilia, collectibles, and more. If you are unsure whether your inventory is a good fit for the event, please reach out to us through the contact tab on our website.

Detailed vendor instructions, event information, and table assignments will be emailed during the week of the show.

If you would like to be placed next to another vendor, please email us via the contact tab on our website.

While we do our best to accommodate requests, table placements are randomized.

Each vendor registration includes one (1) 8ft table and admission for up to two (2) vendors. Any additional guests, helpers, or attendees will be subject to general admission fees.

Vendor registration is for the full event weekend, and all vendors are expected to participate in all scheduled event days.

For the safety and security of inventory, all vendors are required to use display cases for merchandise — especially graded cards and higher-end items.

Vendors who do not have display cases available will be required to rent them through the show.

Please make sure you register under the correct vendor category. Vendors registered under the wrong category may be removed from the event and could lose eligibility for future Toledo Card Show events.

Please Note:

• Vendor table purchases are non-refundable unless approved under limited exceptions

• Booking confirms agreement to all event and vendor policies

• Table assignments are randomized unless otherwise arranged by event staff.
